On-line Registration Help
- Payment does not go through
Please make sure not to enter any spaces between credit card numbers. Also enter the correct expiry date and credit card type. All fields marked with asterisks must be filled out in order for the registration to be accepted.
- The tournament I am trying to enter is not showing up in the on-line registration form.
In the tournament filed please press the down arrow to view all tournaments available for registration. Once the tournament is selected, the events will appear. The system is age sensitive and designed to only show events for which the player is eligible. Please note that not all tournaments accept on-line registrations.
- I did not receive a player card number and I am trying to enter a tournament
TNS staff must activate player card numbers during designated office hours. If your request reaches us after 4pm on Friday your number will not be activated until Monday morning. Requests made during the workweek will be processed by the next business day.
- Menus are not showing up
Please make sure to use the latest version of Internet Explorer to view the site and use on-line registration. Using the most up to date version will also allow you to take advantage of the latest security features.
